We are proud to announce that our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) recruitment initiative and our Talent Acquisition Lead, Julie Jean-Louis, have been named finalists in two categories for Ragan’s 2022 Platinum HR Awards. Nearly 100 consultants participated in our DEIA initiative, which aims to hire and retain a more diverse workforce, create a culture of inclusion and invest in our teams’ communities. It is one of 6 finalists for the DEI category. Julie Jean-Louis is one of 2 finalists for the Future Leaders Under 40 category for her role leading this initiative.

Wheelhouse Group President, Beth McDonald, celebrated the honor, noting “We are proud of the great strides we have taken to embed DEIA throughout our organization and culture. We know this important work is never done and we will continue to invest in inclusion.”

Ragan’s Platinum HR Awards recognizes excellence in human resources. Winners will be announced live on August 17 at the Workplace Wellness Conference in Chicago.
