Martina
Martina has spent the past 20 years driving impactful, mission-driven and inclusive change in diverse industries around the globe. Her extensive change management, strategic communications, program management and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) experience spans the public, private and non-profit sectors in international development, education-technology and social impact. At Wheelhouse Group, Martina is the Engagement Lead for Department of Labor projects that focus on inclusion and accessibility, leveraging people and technology to break down employment barriers to high paying, in demand careers for people with disabilities and underrepresented communities.
Before joining Wheelhouse group, Martina was a Senior Change Management and Capacity Building Lead at the United States Agency for International Development. In this role, she sat on the Private Sector Engagement Secretariat, supporting leadership and other stakeholders to partner with the private sector to co-create innovative solutions to tackle pressing development challenges. In the education technology space, Martina served as Change Management and Client Success Lead at AccelerEd/UMGC, where she devised and executed people-driven strategies to lead academic and enterprise change initiatives university-wide.

I am passionate about breaking down silos. I enjoy contributing the breadth and depth of my experience in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment. This allows me to also learn and grow along the way.
