As a Wheelhouse Group Practice Lead for Delivering CX, Mara uses her expertise in human-centered design, change management, meeting and event facilitation and stakeholder engagement help clients achieve their goals. She develops strong relationships with her clients and is particularly passionate about the role that collaboration and team dynamics play in executing a client’s vision.

I love facilitating a collaborative environment and providing a safe space for clients to grow and work better with one another. When teams have trust and feel supported, they are better able to deliver an exceptional client experience for their customers and their partners.
