As a CX Practice Lead, Lauren understands the importance of positive customer experience for all stakeholders. Lauren is a communications, project management, change management and stakeholder engagement professional, with almost a decade of experience working in the public sector. She has worked with multiple federal agencies and is especially passionate about using CX tools to support the Department of Labor promote access to employment and apprenticeship for people with disabilities.
