Janet has focused on team and organizational dynamics systems for 20+ years as a management and technology consulting executive. She draws upon her experience with clients and her own teams to help leaders harness the power of teams. She uses her skill to help leaders learn to navigate and flex their leadership skills as their enterprises experience transformation, leadership change and rapid growth.

Janet’s work spans across a variety of industries, ranging from technology development to public policy, and across diverse organizational scale and impact, ranging from 30 to 15,000 employees and including nationwide programs at the federal government level.

What I love about our work
Seeing the changes that we help our clients impact over time—for themselves as individuals, the groups they lead and the programs that help the American public. The fact that we work in ways that intersect the disciplines of strategic thinking, tough love and effective process.

What I love about our team
Each team member is a consummate and experienced professional in their field and their approach to doing what is right for our clients. It makes for an additive experience where everyone is contributing with strength—and having fun doing it.


I used to be an avid endurance hiker. The Potomac Appalachian Trail Club’s Dogwood Half-Hundred was one of my favorite ways to welcome spring!
