Gabriela is responsible for creating and implementing Wheelhouse’s people strategy, programs, policies and procedures to develop a rewarding and fulfilling experience for all team members throughout the talent lifecycle. She has been working in talent management and strategic consulting for over 20 years and believes that exponential growth has many unique opportunities and challenges, and with the proper systems, infrastructure, resources, and strategies, it can be the most exciting time for an organization.
Gabriela as won several industry awards for her impact on businesses and in the community and comes to Wheelhouse after leading human resources for fast-growing organizations of various sizes – from a single unit to international companies with hundreds of locations. She has experience in both the public and private sectors and companies with annual revenues of 2 million to 11 billion dollars.
