Danielle’s passion is “good government” and helping agencies tackle their toughest management challenges. Her career, which spans more than two decades, has allowed her to lead teams in government, management consulting firms, non-profits and trade associations where she focuses on strategy, program management and operations. Danielle is highly effective at leading teams for peak results because she possesses superior organizational skills, places high value on customer service and is an exceptional oral and written communicator.
At Wheelhouse, Danielle serves on the leadership team and directs our work at the Department of Labor, General Services Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Department of Education. She is also the Organizational Change Management Practice Lead, using her experience working on large-scale, organizational transformation initiatives to share best practices across Wheelhouse and to support our clients.
