To help you invest in your future, we offer tax-deferred profit sharing. In addition to any optional personal contribution you make to your 401K, we contribute 5% of your gross wages into your 401K. We also invest another 5% of your gross wages into a retirement account with guaranteed earnings of 5% per year. These funds are immediately vested.
We’re a remote company – and we’ve been that way since our founding – which is something we’re really proud of. We know that work-life balance isn’t “one-size fits all”, and our flexible work schedules are made to support your specific needs. As long as you meet the required amount of hours stated in your contract, your schedule is your own. Time off includes holiday, vacation and sick days.
We offer the Microsoft 365 Suite of office tools and other apps for collaboration and creativity, a bring-your-own device policy to honor your technology preferences and allow mobility and flexible office space on request for individual use or team collaboration.

Dental and vision insurance is also available as voluntary benefits (we cover 55%).
