Your responsibilities will include consulting with cross-functional program owners collaboratively to identify key business issues, trends, and appropriate opportunities from a multidisciplinary perspective. Ultimately, you will be responsible for creating an organizational assessment and workforce strategy to inform the Agency’s workforce strategy and provide the client with an action plan which they can implement. The work will include but is not limited to, conducting organizational assessments, translating the results of those assessments into annual action plans to help improve the overall culture and performance of the organization, and supporting the implementation of those plans.
