AI Inclusion Toolkit Wins 2022 Disruptive Tech Program Award

We are excited to announce that our Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Disability Inclusion Toolkit, developed for the Partnership on Employment & Accessible Technology (PEAT), was just chosen as a 2022 Disruptive Tech Program Award Winner! This award highlights federal programs that use technologies in new and disruptive ways.

Bill Curtis-Davidson, Wheelhouse Group AI Integration Practice Lead and a creator of the toolkit, shared, “It’s wonderful to have this resource recognized and honored in this way. Technology changes rapidly, and PEAT is always ready to help employers foster inclusion as they integrate emerging technologies into the workplace.”

Through our Inclusion and Accessibility work, we are fostering collaboration across industry, government and advocacy groups to address root issues. This toolkit is a great example of how effective stakeholder engagement and strategic communications can help government leaders, employers and tech developers keep diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) at the forefront of their work.

The Partnership on Employment & Accessible Technology (PEAT) is an initiative funded by the Office of Disability Employment Policy, U.S. Department of Labor and led by Wheelhouse Group as the prime contractor.
